Trigger Points

Trigger Points are tiny muscle fibers that are in a constant state of contraction. Our nerves sometimes become addicted to certain movements yielding in overstimulation of the muscle fiber.

Tired Muscles

Soaking in Epsom salts helps relieve tired muscles. I use 3 to 4 cups in a warm bath, and soak for about 30 minutes.
